Yai, I started learning to cook! Since I wanted to make Tamagoyaki myself I visited Japan, I just started with it. I thought I must buy an angular pan, but after I saw a few videos on youtube where people used a round pan, I just tried. :D
There are various recipes in the internet, in the end I decided by which ingredients I have at home already.
3 eggs, 1T sugar, 1tbl Mirin, 1/2tbl soysauce, a pinch of salt and a little bit milk
The shape is quiet okay for my first try I think. The taste wasn't that good.. I mean, it was eadible, but not super delicious. X'D
Too much sugar and maybe even too much Mirin.
Today I tried it again with less Mirin and less sugar, in the end it just tasted like eggs and the shape wasn't as good as Sunday evening either.
Tomorrow evening I'll try again I think.
Ah btw, I also made one Onigiri with Tamago-Furikake. I just love Furikake! Sadly there's a bit Gluten inside... but so far this tiny bit didn't make me a stomache.

Thanks for those kind comments on last post. They really cheered me up. Just..in the end I feel bad expressing such bad emotional stuff on my blog, I think it's not nice to read and there are things I should keep to myself. But afterall it's a blog about my life somehow, so it shouldn't be super bad, just bad maybe. X'D

It looks delicious, and I love the taste, when eating it in Japan, but I think it's difficult to get the rigth taste and look of it... :(
