Cosplay in school

Yep, I really cosplayed in school. XD
We kinda got talked into this... today evening was a little party held for the exchange students from Japan. Our class lacked of people who can show something like ballett, so we agreed to dance in our Cosplays. :D
I was so nervous! And really unsure how the others would react...but the reaction was really good and we got many compliments. I'm so happy!
I hope I'll be able to do something like this again.
We danced the ParaPara of 'Romance' from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Natsume & Mikan

Uploaded with ImageShack.us
This weekend I was at the Animagic, a Anime and Manga Convention in Bonn. It was a lot of fun and I took a few pictures of great Cosplays! On Sunday was our Gakuen Alice/Alice Academy group cosplay day and we did lots of pictures. Puchi made already a gif of a row of pictures we took. We were inspired by our favorite Episode (18 in the haunted house)! :D
I looove it!! :DDD

Tomorrow I'm in London, Dir en grey concert! I'm very veryyyy nervous and excited and, I admit it, a bit afraid because of my English and because of the night (I've no hotel). I'll also meet Yuki again, after 2 years. I'm soooo happy! (^//^)

I'm going to sleep now. At 3am I've to get up again because my flight is at 6:50 am. I'll be a zombie on Wednesday. XD

50 Leser ♥

50 Followers - Thanks to all of you! Somehow it's weird that such a simple thing can make so happy and excited, ne?

On the weekend I was with Lana. We went clubbing! 8D
I visited her in her hometown, we did a _little_ Shopping and then went to my place (2hours away) just to discover, that it's boring to go clubbing at my place so a friend of her picked us up and we drove back to her hometown. :D
Thanks to him we also have this pictures! The others were kind of incompetent when it came to just take a simple picture to show off our outfit. And the air in the room wasn't that clear anyway.. *drop*
Very great evening/night and this weekend I'm with Lana at the Loveparade. So looking forward to it! Lanaaa <3

On Sunday we drew our Gakuen Alice Sign! Yay! It's for the Animagic in Bonn. So if you see our Gakuen Alice/Alice Academy group, come and say hello. ♥ We are grateful for people who recognize us. :D

Our dinner after the hard work of drawing our GA sign. YAY, not-yet-ready-french-fries!

Ferieen ♥

Today my vacation finally started after my four last classes for grade 12. I'm happy that there's only one year left! (^-^)
I definitely wanted to start the Vacation with my Dorks so we managed to meet up in the late afternoon at Jana's place and played together Wii - Raving Rabbits. As usual I lost and Jana was the best (wasn't she?). It's fun, even if it's predictable that I lose. xD
Aki and me prepared us a little meal beforehand! We made Tamagoyaki and Onigiri with coloured kind of Furikake. Wasn't enough colour anymore so the Onigiri are only slightly orange with purple spots. :DD

For the others also arrived a lot of stuff today, especially wigs! See the picture above? My Natsume!!! Doesn't she look awesome and stunning as Natsume? (Without being Natsume too of course :D) I have the feeling her Cosplay gets better everytime she's doing it.
I'm so looking forward to the Animagic!

That's one of our pictures from the photoshoot in autumn. This time my haircolour will match Mikan's better.

Japan Tag 2010 - Cosplay: Sailor Moon School Uniform Group

I'm really late to come up with this post, I'm even more late with the post about the Dokomi! I had to wait for a few pictures to get online on Animexx, that's why.

Japan Tag 2010 took place at the 29th May 2010 in Düsseldorf. In Düsseldorf is the greatest popularity of Japanese people living in Germany and with this event they want to show their bond to Germany. The the official website is telling me this. ;P
Next year the Japan Day will take place for the 10th time and to celebrate this, people in Düsseldorf made a whole week out of it. Yet there aren't so many informations. I'm already curious about it and looking forward to it! ^-^

Last year I did my first Cosplay on the Japan Tag. I was part of a Sailor Moon Cosplay group as Sailor Moon (weird sentence now XD). We already planned last year to Cosplay the School Uniforms of the characters at Japan Tag 2010 because we got such a great feedback.

Although this Cosplay isn't as eye-catching as the Cosplay of the 'Fighting-dresses' (no idea of to call it :D), many people recognized us. The Japan Tag is not only visited by Manga & Anime fans or simply Japan fans, but also by other people who got to hear about the event or simply intended to watch soccer at the bar district, I guess. They recognized us as well. XD
Don't know how many times we got to hear a loud 'SAILOR MOON!', especially from the male part of visitors somehow.

We took a little break at the end of the promanade. There is a small grassland where many 'Animexxler' take a break, sit together, writing in ConHons and so on. After sitting around a bit we started to take pictures. I'm not sure if it was my glorious idea to take this kind of a picture.. =_=
We wanted it to be authentic so I really let Rei give me a kick so that I'd fall to the ground. OMG, I didn't thought that it would actually really hurt! I hade blue marks on my hipbones afterwards. Oo"
But it was worth it. I'm still hoping someone will bring up all the other pictures of the photoshoot, so that someone will make a gif out of it. :D

Like last time I didn't got many opportunities to see something of the event itself. It's kind of stressful to Cosplay at this event because there aren't just the people who enjoy to take pictures of Cosplays, but there are also people who never saw this before and just asking everyone who looks a little bit different to them for a picture.

The Japan Tag offers many shows of Kendo, Sumo, Awa-Odori, J-pop Act, Manga drawing competition, Cosplay competition and great food! The food is very expensive, though I couldn't resist to eat Yakitori and Japanese ice'cream'. Loving it!
I missed out the Awa-Odori, such a shame! (T_T)

Not sure what I'm going to cosplay or if I'm going to cosplay next year, but I'm looking forward to it. ♥

Thanks to the people who took all those pictures of us! To find them go to my Cosplay Gallery at Animexx.

Cosplay: Bunny Tsukino

Yesterday Lana came to my place. First we went to the Restaurant 'Tokyo' in Bielefeld to have lunch. It's so delicious there! (*o*) Somehow we didn't eat as much as usually. :DD

We sewed from ca 3:30pm to 2am. Pretty tiring. But we got ready! °(^_^)°
Maybe I have to fix my sleeves again, because they're a bit to tight and I still have to make my brooch! But I'm this far, so I don't have to worry anymore - no time pressure with this Cosplay. I only have to hurry up with Mew.
Anyway, I made a few pictures from time to time. I think no one wants an detailed description/instruction of what we did, so I leave this part out. :D

This is the outcome. I love it soooo much!
Thank you Lana, without you it wouldn't be so good now and uhm.. I would have started sewing a week before the Convention I guess. ^^;

Somehow we took plenty of pictures like this and only on this one we both aren't looking weirdly or anything like this. Lack of sleep I guess. XD
I'm glad.. last year I wear plenty of Make-up because of the blonde wig, but somehow I like the wig with my daily Make-up as well this time.

This pics will get a place on my wall I think. I can't await the Japan Tag in Düsseldorf. It will be so much fun! (^///^)

Wigs for Lili & Mew

Right right, yesterday my wigs arrived! I ordered them via EMS because Jana and me were unsure if they'd arrive early enough otherwise. Guess wie should have done this with the contacts as well... ^^;

They are ordered from yuziyan003 store at ebay. The communication was very good and in my opinion they offer good wigs for a good price.

I only like this picture... haha :DD

I still have to cut a fringe in it and I think I'll shorten it generally a bit for Lili [Tekken 5/6].
I thought this haircolour would look worse on me with so less make-up on. :D

I really do look weird with light pink hair this time. I thought it would fit me, because of my Chibiusa Cosplay... hm, maybe a fringe will change this. At least I hope so! I want to be a cute Mew [Pokemon] not a weird or scary or ugly one. (;^;)
Btw, I got the fabric for it. <3 href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiO6Z0SG0LgjrUaJ4hpYoKyck3KAWoylosKI-2d4XNNHOeRm0AT0JyI1tkSYlVMTfNTwdc-ZkWMC63wobG3OXMIf0NOG1xFtmj4Lmp0nPGZI-3Ju6o5wkYwI6SghaPqaCFB7pMWwDd3vjw/s1600/g33.gif">

Cosplay Planning

Today I wore trousers indeed. I don't like trousers on me because of my hips, so I mostly wear skirts. Nya, I didn't feel so well today, so I just grabbed something out of my closet and made a simple pigtail.
At least I love this shirt. Look at the cute print of Mickey and Minni! (^//^)
And it's purple after all, ne?

In school I started to make sketches for my planned Pokemon Cosplay for the Dokomi in Düsseldorf. It's already in one month so I've to hurry!
I want to Cosplay Mew. A few weeks ago I watched the first movie of Pokemon with a friend and I totally fell in love with Mew (again?). It's such a cutie! And want to be this cute too. (ToT)

So this are my final sketches for the Cosplay. Final... funny me. Jana and Puchi don't even know exactly of my idea for them. I talked with Jana about it today - she's Hundemon - and I guess/hope that I hit her taste with this sketch. I've no idea what Puchi want, but I had an idea for Togetic. Actually I like it a lot, but I don't want to force my idea on her. So let's wait - I surely will post pictures of the Dokomi!
Last but not least the sketch of the Mew Cosplay. It isn't my favorite. I'd like to have a Cosplay more like the one I drew for Togetic, but I guess I'm not disciplined enough for a diet and I surely would need one for such a short thingy.
Too lazyyy! DD:
Anyway, I like dresses so I shouldn't whine around.
I'm only not to sure about the wig. I also thought about a short one. It would be something new to have short hair after such a long time again. On the other hand I think such long wavy hair would be cuter and cute fits Mew!
What should I do? (@_@)

How much I'm able to bubble around about this eh? XD
Sorry for this crappy sketches. I'm not good in drawing, but I think it's okay for planning Cosplays.
Anyway, some help concerning the hair, maybe? (>.<)

Tomorrow Yahoo broadcasts a livestream of a concert of Ayumi Hamasaki. I'm not a fan of her, nor am I listening to many of her songs, but still I'd love to see this concert! Guess what? I'm still in school then due to the time difference. Mean!!
